The CTG team attended a Leadership Lunch Club recently in Traverse City with CEO and Founder of Inphastos Paul Bandrowski. Inphastos is a fast growth construction technology company that is developing a highly automated, scalable offsite platform to design, manufacture, and install high quality wood-framed infrastructure. Mr. Bandrowski delivered a high energy presentation on business growth and building a LEAN company. His advice is to create a culture that covers the following three basic principles: “constantly learn, improve and pivot when necessary”.
